"Horrible flooring and customer service"
I put this flooring down almost a year ago. It was the final step to a partial kitchen renovation that I had saved for. I loved the look of it but as soon as it was put down, I noticed it had a strange kind of finish. Your socks almost grab when walking on it. And dirt! It absorbs dirt it seems. There is no way it will come clean for me. I have been in contact with the retailer I bought it from, the flooring rep and even called the company. I have been dealing with this for months now and have gotten zero satisfaction, but I’m not giving up. It is a terrible product and the company needs to stop making such a useless floor. I live by myself and have 3 indoor cats so there is not alot of mess or traffic on the floors yet it is disgustingly dirty at all times. I am constantly sweeping and mopping, but like I said, the dirt is imbedded in it and will not come off. In desperation, I tried a magic eraser on a small piece of it and that actually removed most of the dirt, but, come on! Who is going to clean their entire floor with a magic eraser! Not to mention I’m sure that is not a recommended way to clean it. Footsteps even seem to leave dirty marks on the floor. I cannot express how much I HATE this floor and how frustrated I am with dealing with trying to get it removed. I would NEVER buy a floor from this company ever again. Run in the other direction if anyone ever tries to sell you this floor!

"Beautiful flooring and very durable"
We have had Adura Max Napa Tannin LVP for over a year now. We have a 100 lb rottweiler with very large nails. There are no scratches or marks on our floor whatsoever. We have it throughout our entire house except kitchen. The texture is amazing- it looks like natural woodgrain with woodgrain texture. It's very low maintenance and we absolutely love it!

"Says scratch resistant."
They say it's scratch resistant. Total lie! First day I had it, I slid my chair back from the table and it scratched up the floor. If there is any dirt bigger than a grain of sand and you move your floor sweeper across the floor and if any dirt sticks to the bottom it scratches the floor! I've only had the flooring for 2 months and there are several scratches. I can't imagine what it will look like in a year. I would never buy this brand again.

"Horrible"
The worst flooring ever. It's so bad that I actually called the company to speak to someone in management or product design… of course I didn't get a return call. Go figure. I've been a carpenter for about 20 years and this flooring is the most frustrating flooring I've ever put down. I will be trying again to get in contact with someone in management I bet one will have the balls to returns my call.

"Don't bother with this garbage floor"
We had Adura Max installed four years ago in our kitchen and loved it. In the last month, one of the planks began buckling and peeling. The local company we bought it from filed a claim on our behalf which was promptly denied, despite the flooring having a lifetime warranty. Our kitchen gets regular usage, there were not any issues with water or water damage. The inspection's excuse was that "something must have happened in that area." No specifics nor did they stand behind their product. The local company will do nothing other than giving us a proposal for a repair -- that we'll have to pay for. This after spending thousands of dollars with them.

"Bad Bad Product. Garbage NO warranty support"
We have had this flooring on our main level for 4 years. As of now there are a total of 11 chipped corners, (2)3-5" splits and uncountable indentations and scratches and to top it off, swelling at the joints in kitchen and bathroom. Every single claim that they make in this floor is violated. Warranty was a joke. At first they wanted to know if I had any scrap leftover so I could mail it to them (my cost) so they could run testing on it to see if they had a faulty product. What the Hell!!! Are you kidding me??? Who does that. No I dont... so they were going to deny my claim. After perseverance they said they would investigate more I sent in an additional 20+ photos. After 6 weeks I received a letter of decline. When I called the lady was straight up evil. Demon possessed sort of evil. Her bottom line was "it's a floor, it's going to get scratched and chipped". We paid like $5 sqft for this garbage. What's crazy is that we have cheap .70 flooring for lumber liquidators in our red room that is atleast 10 years old and there is NOT 1 single chip, scratch or swell. Just freaking garbage. So plead and urge you to go elsewhere. Stay away.

"False Advertisement"
I purchased Adura Max LVT from a retailer and had it installed on my kitchen and bathrooms by a licensed contractor. One of the advertised selling points of this product states, 'Features ScratchResist, a premium scratch resistant surface protector, which helps keep floors looking newer, longer.'. Within a few weeks of the flooring having been installed, I started noticing multiple scratches on different planks: some only about an inch long, some over a foot long. I am extremely careful with the care of my flooring. I have had another brand's laminate flooring installed at the bedrooms and living areas of my home (installed over 5 years ago) and not a single scratch is found on it. I realize it is a different material, but both are advertised as being scratch resistant. I care for both flooring types with the same degree of caution and delicacy, and find it extremely disheartening that one flooring which has been installed for over 5 years has no scratches on it, whereas the Mannington Adura Max LVT began to get scratched within weeks of installation. I read the warranty which clearly states scratches are not covered therefore I initially did not file a warranty claim but rather emailed Mannington to provide my feedback and offer them a chance to rectify the issue. They didn't respond for weeks, and when I messaged them to follow-up on Facebook they instructed me to file a claim. I filed the claim per their instructions/suggestion and to no surprise, was told there was nothing they could do under warranty. Their advertisement is extremely false/deceiving and I wouldn't have purchased the product if I knew that it was barely scratch resistant against normal use. I will NEVER purchase a Mannington product again and will be sure that my family and friends know of my experience with their product. I will be replacing the flooring with a competitor's product, and am very disappointed at having spent thousands of dollars on a product I was never able to enjoy.

"Worst ever"
After looking for months, I decided on the Adura Max. The salesman way over sold it. I have a large family we gather at my house. My floor never looks clean, I can mop every day and it's horrible, it's almost like footprints stain if. The high traffic areas never look clean. Would not recommend!

"Inconsistent Widths (China v. USA)"
Started using AduraMax Napa Tannin in 2017 for investment properties and at home, across maybe 6 rooms. Appreciate the look and the flexibility of the planks. Was surprised to see such negative, convincing ratings and reviews. They are a little more believable because I just went to install the product in a 7th room and discovered that what is now being sold is not fully compatible with what was previously sold, as the planks purchased fairly recently do not match what is now in stock locally. The planks are now about 0.3 cm narrower than the older planks and cannot be used in the same row together since they are different widths. Local Mannington retailer was completely unaware of this difference and suspects it can be attributed to place of manufacture. The older planks were made in China and the new ones are being made in USA.

"Worst flooring and warranty"
We had professionally installed Mannington floor in much of our main level. After a few months we had indentation on 4 boards that are very noticeable. Guest brought it to our attention. After complaining, a couple reps came out and said yes they could see them. They were going to take it to their boss. Their boss said we must have dropped things on those 4 boards. What an insult! We have NO little kids, one 16 year old who lives in the lower level, limited visitors because of covid. Nope, we do not stand on a chair on purposely drop heavy items on our new floor that we paid thousands of dollars for. The indentation isn't even in a main walking space. Soooo, before you buy Mannington anything run, run like the wind!!!! Our flooring is suppose to come with a 25 year warranty! Don't believe them because they won't stand behind their product.
