Review:
"Very disappointed"
We are very unsatisfied with this floor. It shows footprints especially with socks on or bare feet. Constantly washing this floor as it shows. It's beautiful to look at but don't walk on it. I keep inside shoes at the door so I don't walk on the floor with stocking feet or even bare feet. When we have company, if possible we ask them to keep their shoes on! Would never buy this product again.

"Very poor finish, totally different than sample"
Adura Max Meridian Stucco flooring looked bad enough that I stopped installation after a few rows. A few tiles had a totally smooth and matte finish like the sample, but some were completely glossy and pebbly, and most had a blotchy inconsistent finish that made them look dirty. My cleaning lady thought some tiles looked like someone had spit on the floor! I sent them back; the retailer contacted a Mannington rep, and I phoned the company about the problem. Nevertheless, I am stuck with a 30% restocking fee of over $1400, even though the tiles were clearly of poor quality. In my case, Mannington did not live up to the wonderful things its says about its products and service on its website. (Also, online you will read that Mannington products are made in the USA. All the boxes I received were labelled "Made in China")

"Beautiful Floor - Moisture Resistant"
Bought this floor for "Spill Shield" moisture resistance and it's beauty. Installed in home prior to occupancy. During move, placed a mini-fridge on floor. It defrosted overnight and left large puddle discover next day. After sopping up water, put fans and dehumidifier in. Installer said look for bulging, cupping, etc in 2-3 days. A week later, it looks as good as the day it was installed! We are absolutely sold on the "Spill Shield" technology! Floor looks good and "walks" good. We're hoping for many years of service.

"Sausalito Sunrise - sample completely different than vendor pictures"
Has anyone purchased the Adura Max Sausalito Sunrise? I love the sample, but every picture I see online looks like a completely different floor. Online pics are extremely darker than the sample. I'm afraid to purchase a whole house full based on the sample, when all the pictures are different. Anyone else had this happen?

"Don't Spend Your Hard Earned Money!"
I had a my whole kitchen remodeled and I am a very picky person. I looked at lot of products went to many stores and decided to go with the Mannington Adura Max after looking over samples of the same product at different stores. My contractor and his crew worked one day till 9:00pm to install the large kitchen and hallway so the cabinets could be installed on time. I came by the house the next day and to my shock it looked nothing like everything I was shown in the showrooms. I called the sales people who called the Regional Reps for Mannington. I was told it was normal and no one would do anything to help! So now I have a floor that looks like ... and is nearly impossible to clean! So I am currently saving up my money to have it all ripped up and have a quality flooring put in my house.

"Updating my poor review from yesterday!"
I wrote a terrible review because I was extremely frustrated with this flooring. Later I saw a review from a lady who recommended ZEP cleaner for vinyl flooring from Home Depot... well I bought it immediately and have mopped my floors twice and I have to say I am very happy with the results. I want it known I always loved the look of my floor except for the film I was unable to get rid of. This is a game changer, why doesn't Mannington give this information to buyers! Thank you for letting me vent, I hope this is helpful to others.

"Do not buy this flooring!"
I am so very disappointed in this product... love the look of the flooring but absolutely impossible to keep it looking good. It gets a grey film over it and no matter what I try it won't go away, it shows footprints even when you have socks on. The company said to use a bit of ammonia in the water and that doesn't help at all. They said to wax it... well that's putting us back about 30 years, as we would then have to strip it. I thought I would have a beautiful floor that would be easy to keep... Wrong! All through the house too! I feel cheated!

"Customer service will leave you high and dry!"
Minor and contractor and have a project currently underway and due to go to closing this week. Unfortunately four out of the 13 boxes ordered of luxury vinyl tile were defective. The company is back ordered and Mannington basically said Weight my place in line for orders... Although this is not a new order this is a warranty issue in my mind. I have the floor halfway installed and I am being told I have to wait at least a month before the new product will get to me. No special effort to expedite the product to me and basically just said tough luck! I will not use Mannington again, this issue will cost me thousands of dollars in delays. They don't care.

"Shoddy design, shoddy product, shoddy company"
This vinyl flooring has surface movement. It gives the floor a "wrinkled" look. That design however, traps all dirt. Floors are walked on. The home owner will spend all of their waking hours trying to keep this flooring looking clean. The company ignores the complaints, ignores the customer and only allows the purchaser (consumer) 30 days by which to discover the product's inadequacy, although they "tout" a 20 yr warranty. Good luck getting any attention from this company. They just take your money and disappear! Why is the consumer the only one being discriminated with this company's products. Not good!

"Any suggestions?"
In November 2019, I had the African Sunset LVP put throughout my whole house. After ordering it, I saw some disappointing reviews with this color. I called the shop where I ordered and asked about this problem. He said that he would call and find out what he could. Of course, he called back and said there had been no complaints from anyone. I loved the dark color so much and decided to go ahead and take a chance. I have used Bona floor cleaner on it as recommended. But the film that others complained about is definitely a problem. And the dark color shows everything. I do not want to spend all my time cleaning this floor and sweeping daily. Any suggestions for me?? What cleaner do you use? I cannot afford to replace it all. I sure wish my $16,000 I spent felt like it was worth it.
