"Color Change"
Purchased this gorgeous flooring over 5 years. No problems whatsoever with durability and finish. Then, unbelievably, Mullican did a tint change. So suddenly, dark chocolate became a milk chocolate floor. Why would any professional do that? If you aren't making dark chocolate anymore, discontinue it and give your new tint a new name. After purchasing this flooring 4 times and always getting the same flooring, who would expect them to totally change it & keep the same name? Mullican has done Nothing for us as we waited over 6 weeks in the middle our project for what we were assured would be a resolution. After using Mullican in our dining room, loft, upstairs living room, three walk-in closets, our downstairs living room now has flooring in two totally different tints. We will be selling and moving. Our new home will be full of brand new hardwood floors. None of that flooring will be Mullican.

"Horrible Product and Customer Service"
I am a single individual without pets. I purchased an engineered hardwood because traffic on the floor is at a minimum. I will pinpoint my issues: 1. Splinters on the edges of the hardwood catch mop fibers 2. Cracks (for no reason under rugs), indentations, and punctures due to a heeled shoe (not spiked heel for which the warranty doesn't cover. Yes ladies, you can not wear high heels on this flooring!) 3. I had over 50 pictures/areas that were identified for a representative to review. He took less than 5 minutes to look at my defects without asking me anything or seeing all the areas. He said if he couldn't see at least 10 defects from eye level I wouldn't have a case...apparently he needs glasses! 4. There has been nothing but a run around from the get go to file a claim. Horrible customer service I wish I could post pictures...but I'm sure there is a reason why I can't. Do not buy this product!

"Great product, great service"
This is the second time that I bought wood floors from Mullican and I couldn't be happier with both. The first floors were about five or six years ago that we installed in a family member's house and it looks as good as it did for the day we bought it. Purchased this half inch engineered wood about a month ago and had lots of questions about the installation and their customer service could not have been a more pleasant, helpful and responsive. I wish more companies helped their customers and stood by their product the way Mullican does.

I have now installed Mullican floors in two rooms at my house. They were easy to install and look great. Very durable products.

"Great Product"
I have installed Mullican flooring in two rooms in my house now. Both were engineered floors. One I floated in my laundry room. The other I had to glue down since I was installed on concrete. Both floors went down easy and look fantastic. They look great and have superior durability compared to other hardwood floors in my house.

"Nice floors but expensive"
Nice looking floors, but they include too many short pieces in the boxes, which leads to tons of scrap. The flooring calculator does not take this into account so your budget is really shot. But I do get a lot of compliments on this beautiful floor and that makes the price pinch a bit less.

"The worst"
My husband and I purchased out first home, so excited to make it perfectly our own. We purchased Mullican floors after our first choice, Mercier, could not arrive on top to finish our project. I so despertaly wish we had gone with a different brand. The floor boards do not line up, leaving gaps in between the boards that are very noticeable. I can fit small particles of food. There are small cracks and dents on the boards, making them look like they've been around for >25 years, when really we just installed them 3 months ago. I am petrified of cleaning my floors, in the fear of making the cracks worse. I'm so dissatisfied with this product, I would never buy or live in a home with mullican floors again.
