"Do not purchase the vinyl floors"
My floor has yellow spots after a few years of use. They refused to follow through with life time warranty.

"Horrible to install"
This garbage was the worse I ever installed, would not "snap" together like they said. I wasted almost 3 boxes because every time I hit the tapping block "too hard" it would chip the finished edge. never ever will I buy this cheap junk again, now after fighting it to install it, I'm sure it will need replaced in no time. Very unsatisfied. the sad thin is they promote it being made in the U.S.A. its a shameful product of the u.s.

"Menards/Tarkett complete rip off artists"
Purchased laminate Tarkett flooring from Menards a year ago and immediately began pealing at the seams and lifting up with the slightest spill, even when wiping up immediately. The problem is the material under the laminate absorbs water - they went cheap and its nothing more than glorified (cardboard) under the laminate and that is the truth. They will site to any buyer installer error. I've never broke the law in my life and this is nothing short of complete fraud! My paper work says 25 year warranty. I don't have the kind of money to fight this but if I see a class action lawsuit I'm in.

"Damaged or won't snap"
I bought 15 boxes of this crap for my living room. So far I've junked 7 boxes due to being damaged or won't snap together! Now I'm a single mom and that's 160$ wasted! Still having problems them locking together... coming apart 2 rows back having to take out two rows to fix it... It's a waste of time and money! I work full time and go to school and was told by menards this flooring is easy and durable! Biggest waste ever in my life!

Review:
"Very Poor Quality"
We purchased Tarkett Laminate flooring from Menards. We followed the instructions and started to install. The material did not fit together well and the "lock" system did not work. The floor looked terrible. We contacted Tarkett, and they would not reply to our concerns. Do not buy anything from Tarkett. No customer service. I must say that Menards listened to us, and they were very customer friendly. We purchased a different product from them and that worked very well.

"Chips easily"
I bought luxury vinyl flooring tiles for my kitchen 4 months ago. They looked very good but within a few weeks I dropped an ordinary knife from about 1 metre and it left a chip in a tile. The same thing happened last week. They must be very poor quality if they can't withstand general wear and tear. I would not recommend them at all and Tarkett are not interested. I have contacted the supplier who has sent me a spare tile but I am reluctant to pay a fitter to fit 1 tile and am concerned the process could damage others. Don't buy this product!
