"Very bad installers: "Floor Interior Services""
I purchased a carpet from Lowe's Clearwater, not knowing the installation contractor is Floor Interior Services, a flaky company with bad installers. The carpet was not cut correctly, leaving gaps against the wall. The installers also did a terrible job overall, especially around the edges. I scheduled a day to fix the install, but they did not show up. When calling the fake office they constantly lied about calling back or about doing anything at all. In short, they did nothing to honor the warranty or provide elementary customer service. Lowe's: please find a better contractor for your flooring installations.

"Hidden costs"
We went to Lowes for an estimate on carpeting with dimensions on four in hand. After picking out carpeting, we were given an estimate of around $4000.00 for carpet and installation. The installer came to measure and I was called a week later to sign the contract and put down a deposit. The cost for the carpeting and installation was $6400.00. Worse than the carpeting being over 1/3 higher than the estimate, (and this is not a joke), I was charged a $175.00 fee for soiled carpeting. We moved to this house recently and there were stains from cat pee on the carpeting and dirt in the corners. I used a rug scrubber to clean the carpets so we could live there until we got new ones installed. The cat pee stains and dirt did not come up even with a carpet cleaner. I told the store rep that the stains were the reason we were getting new carpeting and asked him to explain why we were being hit with such a ridiculous fee. He would only say that the carpet installer wanted the fee. So needless to say I walked out. Watch out.

Don't buy this crap and it is expensive you drop one drop of coffee. Pop or wine and this trash is ruined. Literally. Don't buy it this trash

"Really poor carpet and service"
We had 3 rooms carpeted by Lowes. About 6 months after the 1 year warranty, the carpet started to buckle in many places. They didn't have a stretcher on their team so we hired an expert from another company. He tried to stretch and it just didn't work. He said carpet was very low quality and napp had come unglued from the base in many places. Looks like a small lake with ripples everywhere. We complained to the Yuma store but they were very indifferent to our problem. After several attempts to get their attention, they said the carpet company would call us. They never did of course! We are retired folks with no pets and no water problems in the home. I would not recommend their carpet products or installation services to anyone! We are going to have to replace all the carpeting they installed after just 2 years. Certainly not going to purchase from Lowes though!

"Biggest rip off"
I went to Lowe's because I wanted to get carpeting for my stairs and hallway. After checking around it seemed like a good deal what was the 599 carpet ended up being $800 but I still got it. When they completed it it looked fine the carpet is definitely cheap but it looked fine. About a half an hour after they left and I signed my dog pulled up the carpet. I am aware that it was my dog but a dog should not be able to pull up carpet. I talked to many people and customer service and they told me they would get back to me. They never did, after waiting 3 weeks to just have my carpet tapped down they told me they couldn't help me unless I bought new carpet. I went to the store and bought nails and checked my own carpet down because it was never attached to the stairs. Do not purchase from them there is no warranty.

"Customer Service doesn't exist"
Ordered carpet over a month ago. Lowe's in Leesville, LA won't help me find out what is going on. I had to call back when I had a pen and paper so I could write down the number they gave me for installation services. Still no information.

"The cheap(er) comes out expensive: don't do it."
Giant wrinkle formed in the middle of our carpet, but we are outside the one year warranty. Looks terrible and Lowes will not fix or provide any resources to fix... basically they said we are on our own to call carpet installation companies. Terrible experience--don't do it.

"Worse experience I have ever had."
I waited 4 months for the carpet to come in before I called to be told that the carpet had been in. The installers did not show up when they were scheduled. Then both Lowes and the installers tried to blame the scheduling problems on me. I cancelled my order. Will never go back to Lowes for anything. If there was a rating lower than one that is what I would give.

"Installers damaged wall in four places"
We bought carpet from Lowe's in Tucson. The installers did a less than adequate job and damaged the wall in four places. After several months we still have been unable to have the damage places repaired. Lowe's says it is our responsibility to get a bid to have the places fixed, pay for it, and then they will reimburse us. All they have done is give us the runaround. I have learned never to have Lowes install anything in our house because they do not provide customer service.

"Worst carpet In the World"
Had carpet installed in a 14 x14 foot bedroom. It's us more waves than the Pacific Ocean. I complained to 5he store manager but he said it was 14 months since the carpet was installed so we're stuck. Don't walk away from Lowe's, run. The worse installation ever.
