Review:
"Probably the poorest on the market"
Spent the best part of 3 days attempting to lay this flooring system, it had to be pulled up 4 times to be started again and finally in the end beat me. This has to be the poorest laminate flooring system I have ever laid. Even though I started with a straight edge by the time I was 4/5 planks deep joints were starting to pop out, it was almost like some of the planks had not been machined probably and were a mm difference. Tapping it in one End would spring out a joint the other it chips really to easily and is basically a very cheap laminate, in the end we decided to pull it up and bite the bullet of the £470 it had cost us in the first place and went out to buy another system. Can't agree more with another reviewer on the page in saying that this system is "absolute garbage" and please if you are reading this review before buying please please move on and look at something else it just is not worth the money.

"Looks good but warps"
This flooring is very good looking and appeared to be well made however, after a very short period the locking edges began pealing upwards. With good lighting warping and lumps appeared throughout the flooring. It did not endure water damage just occasional scrubbing with a light detergent and sponge. Still pretty until light reveals the warping.

"Complete garbage"
Installing my third job with this laminate and I have never ever before installed garbage like that. Despite moisture test, and having a fairly level floor the locking system does not hold. On that of that I've tried gluing it to save my own ass and guess what still comes apart very disappointed but hey it's always the installers fault anyways.

"Do Not Buy"
We built a home 3 years ago and put Kraus engineered hardwood throughout our home. It had a brushed finish. The installer noticed that there were boards that were coming out of the box that were defective. Once the floor was in, we had to have them come back and repair boards that started to split. Kraus advised that it was our fault with the cleaning products we were using. The company that installed it in our home agreed that it was defective and replaced the flooring. We were told that we could not go with the brushed finish and more and had to go with a low shine. It changed the whole look of our home. We wanted to go with the same flooring. Not even a year after the replacement flooring was put in, the flooring has started to have bubbles appear in some of the boards. Again, the Kraus representative came and looked at the flooring. We were told that once again, it was our fault. Our flooring is not even a year old and it looks like it has been in our home for 10. We have this flooring throughout the majority of our home. Kraus definitely does not stand by their product. I would definitely not recommend it.

"No issues, seems indestructible."
Had it professionally installed a year and a half ago. Absolutely no issues looks as good as day one. I did notice the installers seemed over the top with the leveling they got the floor perfect. Our home was built in 2002 and the floors were still in good shape. My take from some of these reviews is mabey the leveling wasn't up to par. Maybe. We have one child and a dog really the floor seems indestructible.

"Worst laminate"
Never buy from this company. The quality of the loc system is poor and will break with any stress. I spent $600 in trying to level my floor to the 1/16 of an inch and after compliments from the flooring company installer I put the flooring back down. After walking over it again the flooring starting cracking and breaking again. I firmly believe that unless the floor is pure level you will have breakage when walking on the floor. It will not stand up to anything.

"Worst Floor Ever"
We installed Kraus Laminate flooring - we informed the seller that this was going into an older (107 years old) house, in the kitchen. Since May, it has buckled and broken. There were three inspections, including by an independent tester. They denied our claim, stating it is too humid, that we need to use our AC at all times. Since this house is over a century old - there is NO central air! The cabinets - which are hung on the wall and not seated on the floor - were deemed too heavy. You are not supposed to put heavy furniture on it! This is the worst floor, the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. It is entirely unfit for purpose.

"Looks good but makes crackling sounds when walked on"
Had Kraus Pender Isle laminate, castle oak colour installed in my living, dining and hallway. Love the look and colour but very unhappy with the cracking sounds made when floor is walked on. Working with company who installed it to remedy the problem.
