"Terrible Packing resulting in damage"
Requiring a customer to unpack and check all tiles within. 5 days of delivery is unreasonable and clearly a policy they protects them against the tremendous amount of damages their packing process causes. The company would not entertain replacement of almost an entire box of broken tiles because of this policy and have lost any future business from this customer plus a warning to anyone who deals with them to steer clear. A little goodwill goes a long way but they clearly don't abide by that attitude at Bedrosians. We love the tile but will find a company that appreciates its customers for our next project. They aren't the only game in town or online.

Review:
"Terrible Quality Control"
I have held off writing this review in order to give Bedrosians every opportunity to do the right thing and resolve the issue ethically. It has been a few months now and they have since replied with a formal corporate response dusting their hands of our claim. We purchased almost 1000 sqft of their Arrowhead large plank wood look tile for our main floor remodel project. This is why I recommend that you NEVER use Bedrosians: * We paid extra to have our tile delivered and the delivery never showed up. They didn't even have us in the system. We were then told that they couldn't deliver until the following week. That doesn't work when you have an installer on a tight schedule. We had to rent a heavy duty truck and transport almost 5000lbs of tile ourself to have it ready to go the next day. * Our installers pulled out tile and checked for quality and found 4 tiles spread throughout the boxes that were white and totally washed out. (Shown in image) This made us uneasy so we paid close attention to tiles being laid to avoid placing an oddball tile. Unfortunately, that didn't save us from the next issue! * LARGEST ISSUE, after all tile was laid, grouted and cleaned, we removed the plastic from our windows and found that a large portion of the tile was semigloss sheen when the order was matte!!! They only make one sheen of this product and it clearly shows matte on our order sheet. This is a major quality issue and is impossible to overlook. Mixing sheens is very distracting and tacky. The only way to fix the issue would be to rip out all tile and start over. This was impossible to detect earlier because of the plastic on the windows to protect the shutters. Their manager Michelle did what she could to help us, even coming out to our home to check things out, but ultimately the company decided to screw us over. Their corporate customer service does not respond to emails. Michelle has been instructed not to help us any further as well. They refuse to take any responsibility for their quality mistake and are deciding to ignore us because the cost to actually fix the problem is too high (since we added radiant heating under the tile). Before you choose where to buy your tile from, know that things will definitely go wrong at some point with Bedrosians, there were too many issues along the way. Know that if things really go bad with your order, they lack the integrity to fix their wrongs and make it right. They will ignore you and hide from their problems. Tile is forever, these blemishes won't go away, and you will have to look at the quality issues until you decide to rip it out some day and buy from someone else.

"Teeny Weeny Samples"
I paid for and ordered five of the same backsplash tile samples from Bedrosians. The pattern is called Makoto Shoji, but it has a color variation and is not solid white. I wanted five tiles so I could properly see the variation before I ordered it all. My daughter has a similar tile in the glaze finish, but I wanted the flat. A very lightweight box was delivered yesterday containing five, 4 inch pieces. They had just been cut from two normal sized tiles and were all white, no variation to be seen, so difficult to tell. I called to let them know I couldn't see the variation, but they are not staffed to answer phone calls and just wanted a message, which I left and asked them to call back. However, no response unless they call today... On may way to Floor and Decor today.

"Do not order from this company"
I ordered tiles from this company and trying to get them delivered was an absolute nightmare. They sent an entire pallet to my house, but the driver didn't feel comfortable trying to turn around in our cul de sac. When the driver called, I told him it was a pretty narrow street with a lot of cars parked on the side. He said he would take it back to the warehouse. I told Bedrosians about this and then they let me know that the warehouse was going to charge me $150 a day, as if I am supposed to be handling the logistics?? This is why I paid $150 in shipping - to NOT handle logistics. I asked for the company to return the shipment and refund my account. I do not know yet if they are going to refund the shipping.

"Sent the wrong tile - will not replace"
For our bathroom renovation was interested in a 3 x 9 inch absolute black tile that I had found online from Bedrosians. I called the Denver store and picked up a sample of the tile. Based on the sample we ordered the tile online at Bedrosians. Not only did it take forever to be shipped - May order and October delivery, the tile delivered is not the same tile. The sample is "absolutely" black. The tile delivered is black/gray with some specks. It is in now way similar. I went to the Denver store and they admitted it was not the same tile but because I ordered online I have to deal with online. I have contacted customer service and they refuse the do anything about it except that I can pay a restocking and shipping charge to send it back. Terrible customer service, they do not stand behind the produce or service.

"Customer Service"
Terrible service. First, they tried to shove an ungodly amount of tile onto one pallet causing a ton breakage. It arrived leaning and the poor driver nearly lost it. You are given 5 days to go through piece by piece to make a claim. Their returns are extremely difficult and you end up paying 5x's the amount to ship back on top of the 25% restocking fee. It is your responsibility to set up freight pick up/drop off etc. and because you are an individual, you don't receive the shipping price break a large company as themselves do. The shipping return cost nearly as much as the order.

"Beautiful and Durable"
Bedrosians in Rancho Cordova Ca. The tile that I bought is beautiful and durable. The customer service varies. I had excellent service in the customer pickup department. Bedrosians is one of the stores that either charges a deposit or gives you samples which help you make a faster decision. Not like other tile stores that give you tiny samples and you cant visualize it in a large room.

"Good product - lousy customer service"
I bought travertine tile (6x6) at the store on Miramar Way. I ended up needing 20 more pieces to complete my job. I went to the Vista store as it is a little closer. I took a sample and said I need 20 more of these. I paid for the product and was told the tiles would be at the store the next day. I went the next and the tiles weren't delivered yet - really? 20 tiles can't make it on the truck from Anaheim to Vista? When they tried to do a sub, it was for a 4x4 tile, so the original order wasn't correct. I have to travel 15 miles to get this tile, now two trips and another to dome, and they charged me more for the right sized tile instead of taking care of it as they should have. Just received a call from the Vista store and - huh - there are 6x6 tiles at the store that were delivered to cover my order. Last time I order anything from Bedrosians Vista!

Review:
"Bedrosians: One of the best brands of tile available for both quality and value."
Four years ago, my husband and I purchased our first home together, and although it was in excellent, move-in condition, it still needed a lot of updating. This was especially true with the master bathroom. Luckily, my husband's father is a self-taught handyman and was able to help us with the remodeling project from start to finish, which also meant he helped us pick everything out since he had much more knowledge and experience than we did. So, when it was time for us to purchase the tile for the wall and the floor, he suggested a brand known as "Bedrosians." He said that the brand had a wide array of colors and selection, and also explained that he had used it in both kitchens and baths, and had always found that it was both durable and extremely cost-efficient for someone like us, who were set on having marble flooring. So, we took his advice and purchased the floor and wall tile both from this company. Thus far we absolutely love it, and the project came together beautifully! We have never had any problems at all in terms of lack of quality or damage, and have also never had to replace any of the tiles. In fact, we have three Labrador Retrievers, all of whom "trample" into our bathroom often enough that we were at first extremely concerned about possible wear and tear over time, but despite our worries, we have only had to do the routine clean-up and maintenance that you would have to do with any other common marble tile flooring. I mean, there have never been any chips, scratches, or heavy residue on the tiles either. The only minor issue we had was with the shower wall tile because it started to get kind of a "cakey" film or build up on it. However, when we talked to my husband's father, he informed us that we weren't cleaning it with a very high quality product, and that we needed to purchase something that was made specifically for cleaning marble tile rather than the typical "over the counter" all-purpose cleaners, but once we started spending a little more money on the cleaners and protectants for the tile, we noticed a huge difference. I would definitely recommend this brand of tile to anyone who is building a home, or remodeling a room in which they would need marble tile because the price per square foot is also incredibly reasonable, and you can't beat the quality!!
