Location: Indianapolis, IN Review: "Pros and Cons of Linoleum Flooring" I have owned my synthetic flooring for the 9 years that I have lived in my home. It came with the house when I had it built. I like the fact that it matches the wall-to-wall carpeting in my home and that it is preferable on my kitchen and bathroom floors. It is easy to clean and has a nice shine after cleaning. The off-white and gray pattern blends with the gray in my carpet. Stains on the linoleum are easily removed most of the time. The bleach I have to use does not stain the linoleum. I would have preferred a tile floor in a slate fabric.
I don't like the way the linoleum sweats on a hot and humid day. Sometimes it takes a considerable amount of time for the floor to dry after moping. Occasionally, I will get a difficult stain and have to use bleach on it for removal.
I did have it removed after living in the house for 3 years due to a flood in my laundry room. The same linoleum was used to replace it and the flooring has been fine.
No, I would not buy the same brand again and I would not recommend it to a friend.

Name: Dianna Thomas Review: "My kitchen floor" I few years ago I lost the floor to my kitchen, due to water damage. GRRRR--My homeowners insurance was great and suggested I check out some new flor covering, while they set to work on getting the rest of the base repair. Of course they had many suggestion but I ended up with a nice solarium off white with a small pale calla lily at ramdon areas. It was beautiful---as time takes a tole on everything,it starting to show it wear. You can not drop a thing on it or it will dent. Toenails from my dogs cut it. It is not every going to be my first choice again. But again its only been six yrs. It was suppose to last 25yrs. Ha.
