Review:
"Beautiful, but color not consistent"
Be careful, because the color of the flooring in the boxes delivered is not consistent. What I saw in the store and purchased was a mesa brown walnut floor. However, once the installers started laying the floor, the color was inconsistent, with many pieces being a cherry red color with parts of the pieces being almost black. I had to go through over 12 boxes of flooring to pick out the pieces I wanted installed. Four of the boxes were fine; however, I had to pull out at least 3-5 pieces of flooring from each of the remaining boxes because of the reddish color, which I asked the installers to use under the bathroom vanity, the stove, the refrigerator, the washer and dryer, and the pantry. However, once the flooring with the selected pieces was installed, it is absolutely beautiful.

Review:
"Bruce Laminate Flooring Fading Quickly"
We own a 35-year old home in Pennsylvania. This home is an investment property that we lease; therefore, we always take great care to ensure the materials used to repair or maintain the home are of excellent quality. Approximately 3-years ago, we decided to have the carpet of the home replaced with Bruce laminate flooring. We were immediately pleased with the ease of installation, but we were surprised when our tenant shared with us that the color of the flooring was fading after only 1 ½ years. With the help of our flooring contractor, we began the process of attempting to obtain warranty coverage through Bruce. To our dismay, the customer service provided by Bruce regarding this matter was less than professional. Now, almost another 1 ½ years after our first complaint, we are still without resolution. At this point, we have decided to rip out the Bruce flooring and replace with ceramic tile. We have made sure to share our poor experience with everyone we speak to. At this point, we would not recommend Bruce laminate products to a family or friend.
