"Armstrong junk"
In 2017 we purchased Armstrong Flooring the model listed above and cleaned our terrazzo floor completely after removing carpet that had been in there for 30 years we wash the floor we dried the floor we waited for it to be completely dry before installing this flooring. Approximately 3 months later the glue started seeping up between the tiles. Every couple of days I have to mop to remove the glue to keep from tracking it through my house. Home Depot will not help us because we paid cash and have no receipt because we threw it away not knowing this would happen.Do not purchase this product it is garbage.

"Disgusting odor still in 6 months later"
I purchased the Armstrong loose-lay sheet vinyl product and installed it in my San Francisco apartment. It looks good, although it's very susceptible to damage. However, the real problem is this strong vinyl odor that hits you as soon as you walk into the space. Looking at people's reports on the Internet, I expected this odor to subside within a few weeks, especially with my aggressive ventilation. But it's been 6 months and it still won't go away, despite constantly mopping it with detergents and even remedies I read about like vinegar and baking soda. I contacted Armstrong, and their support staff was condescending and unhelpful. I do not recommend buying Armstrong's flooring products.

"Home depot/armstrong,Traffic master peel and stick tiles"
After 30 years as professional licensed flooring contractor, I am 100% dissatisfied and disappointed with peel and stick tiles, Never installed very many maybe 0ne two two projects a year for folks on a tight budget, This is my last time ever installing home depots cheap product line, tiles shrinking and lifting within six weeks of install, and completely getting worse as time goes on, Job was acclimated properly. product acclimated the same, nothing rushed, complete failure and unhappy client, also tiles were not exact same size which made install tough, crappy product stay clear, Also armstrong and home depot will run you around the block before warrantying anything, sincerly, very disappointed flooring installer,

"Don't care about customer satisfaction"
Spent over $5,000 for my laminate flooring in the kitchen and dining room. It's less than 5 months old and I hate it. Shows every footprint, water spot, etc. I have to clean it on my hands and knees daily. By the end of the day it looks terrible. Contacted Armstrong and told them to give me my money back and come and take it out. I got the standard cleaning reply to use their laminate floor product and a microfiber cloth. I do that. I again stated that I want my money back and they can come and take their floor back. Needless to say, they won't do that. All they care about is the sale. No customer satisfaction after the sale. I will never buy another Armstrong product again.

"Crappy Laminate Floor"
I paid thousands to buy and have an Armstrong laminate floor installed by Lowes, and within a short period of time some of the ends curled. I contacted Armstrong from replacement planks and was told they no longer manufacture the model I have as of only two months ago, so I am out of luck. Remember if you buy laminate, you may never be able to buy replacement planks! I wish I had known since now I must replace the whole floor. I should have bought simple wood floors - they are cheaper to repair if something goes wrong and you can always find replacement materials.

"Use no soapy water"
Single plank beveled edge snap in cherry 4 ft long 5 inches wide looks great. We have all spilled something on our floor you clean it up everything is fine well my daughter was moving a bucket of soapy water across the room when some of it spilled out she got some towels and cleaned it up but within minutes the edges and corners started to curl and swell. So I did a test took a spare board and cut it up soaked one piece in water for hours took it out wiped it was fine the other in dish washing water with soap in it within minutes the edges were swollen and curled I think soapy water has no surface tension and that allowed the soapy water to soak in.

"Bold repetitious pattern"
The website room picture does not look like the product. This has confused people. The "English elm" product has bold patterns of knots. As a result the planks do not blend together randomly. Each plank must be placed with respect to the planks around it. This takes time. The pull from three boxes methodology was useless. Each box of 9 planks contains six patterns, which means that 3 are duplicates. Out of 38 boxes, over 30 had the same six patterns. With a bold pattern, this gets repetitious. Why I received so many of the one set of six, and so few of the other set of six, is a mystery. The overall color is interesting. It is generally a light grey. However, in some lighting it has a yellowish hue, while in other lighting it has a brownish hue. The quality was fine. The joints are cut with great precision, as is required for the joints to snap together tightly. The flimsy packaging allowed quite a few of the joint to be damaged. There were several glue buggers on the short ends that had to be scraped off. I found that I had to rub my finger along every edge of every joint for quality control prior to placement. My main frustration was the redundancy of the bold pattern.

"Luxury Vinyl Flooring Very Disappointing!"
I put Luxury Vinyl flooring by Kraus Floors throughout my home. It was provided by Timeline Floors in Surrey, BC. It scratches so easily! Even an empty plastic tote being pushed across the floor leaves deep, noticeable scratches. The installer has looked at it and sent an independent investigator and even though we have demonstrated how flawed the product is they are resisting covering it with the warranty program. Buyer beware! Stay away from Kraus Floors!

"Easy to use but lacks durability."
We are more the do-it-yourself type of people so when we needed to replace our kitchen floor after a water incident we wanted something easy. I have no experience working with vinyl flooring, so the these Armstrong peel and stick floor squares seemed perfect! You have to clean the floor really well and do a bit of measuring but other than that you just peel of the back on place it down. It was very easy to do and took my husband and I less then 2 hours to do a 70 foot kitchen/dinning room. You can only tell that they are separate tiles when you are looking very closely at the floor. The style we chose is distracting so it helps hide the lines as well. The cost was less an a dollar per square foot so it's great is you're on a budget as well. I think the major downside is that they have become dull with some noticeable scratches in the eight months that we have had them. I would say that it might work better for a room that has less traffic than a kitchen.
