"The worst carpet you'll ever own"
Do not buy this carpet unless you want a mess that looks old at 6 months! There is nothing that can be done about it. I tried going to the dealer and to the company. Spent way too much to have something this disgusting.

"Wrinkles All Over-Co. Response Disappointing"
The carpet wrinkled within one year. Dealer fixed. Happened again. The company's attitude is warranty is 12 months. They can not help and are not interested in knowing what is wrong. The companies attitude is disappointing.

"Color"
Picked carpet coral beige. Carpet color very different than seen and sample from store. Very dissatisfied. Installing company is going to charge labour cost to replace, as much as the carpet itself. Now Looking at other color selection also disappointing. Compete tears much better and broader color selection. Beaulieu very limited and old school colors.

"Color problems"
April 23, 2015 The retail store ordered the Beaulieu Bliss carpet we wanted, finally we were going to replace the 1600 sq.ft of ugly carpet we had all in 1 day. We pulled up the old carpet & padding ourselves & moved all of our furniture & decor into the dining room, garage & sunroom. It didn't matter where things went, after all its just for 1 day! We were scheduled for May 11 but when they called 4 days early to install I accepted. (We had everything ready except for our bedroom.) They installed it & we were so happy. It is beautiful & soft On May 11th they arrived to do the master bedroom. Unrolling the carpet he noticed it wasn't the right color. (Cream vs peach.) They hoped it would simply be a labeling mistake but found it to be a dye problem. May 18 New install day June 5. May 23 I start rearranging the disaster that my home has become in an effort to make things easier for us. Now my husband can get ready for work in the finished master closet & I only have to go down the hall through the dining room & kitchen to get dressed in the sunroom. See, much easier! June 4 the Beaulieu sales rep for this area "Mark" called to tell me that he had "Dropped the ball & it wouldn't be ready." He was calling because the retail carpet store I chose didn't want to tell me this bad news.(according to "Mark")furthermore, it wasn't ready because they had to redye, reweave & test the carpet to make sure it would match what had been installed already. June 5, I was told by "Mark" the 2nd of 3 rolls tested has passed & would be here June 9. June 11 I was told my carpet arrived, I went to the store to look at it before agreeing to install it. The corner of it I could see was a match. Today June 12 finally, carpet! After it was done the installer noticed that approximately 1 1/2 feet along 1 wall seems darker than the rest. (I want to say, if you kneel on the carpet as the installer does when working it is very hard to see the difference)It has been vacuumed several times now & its a very consistent line. The installer is hoping that it is just the seam & will even out in the next few days. I really pray that he is right, but I'm pretty sure I will have him back to replace this section with a remnant from the first roll. The 1 comfort is that I have not paid a single cent to this point & that cell phones keep a log of the calls & text messages. Tonight, more than a month later, we still can't use our bedroom.

"Limited number of suggested vacuums."
After installing Charismatic carpet in living room and bed rooms, we are now experiencing that the number of vacuums that will work are limited. Called technical services and they've mentioned that their aware that most vacuums will not work and sent an official paper with suggested vacuums. The lone that was under a $1,000 is no longer manufactured by suggested manufacture. The carpet is nice but no one told us even when we first called that there are problems with maintaining it.

"Great Product!"
We purchased a nice carpet from Beaulieu with their odor eliminator, Magic Fresh. After several months of routine living (with a full family and pets), the carpet still looks (and smells) brand new. We are very pleased with the look and durability of their product and we will certainly buy Beaulieu again in the future.

"Don't stand behind their product!"
Bought Bealieu 'Anthem' from Bob's Carpet Mart, Clearwater FL for a small family room. Installed October 2014 by December noticed crushing. Now one week into January you can see the whole surface is crushing. Paid just over $1100 and 2 inspections later they said to not wear shoes on it! Bob's nor manufacturer will do anything! Do not buy. Rip off! I feel so taken.

"Strong chemical odor"
We had BeauLieu carpet installed in my 3 upstairs bedrooms and stairs. It has very strong odor. I contacted the manufacture and the rep said that the odor should go away in 72 hours. Right now, it has been over a month, odor is not as strong as the beginning but whenever we need to close the windows in a rainy day, the smell just come back. I really worry the impact on my family's health and we have been sleeping in the living room. What a disaster! We want our carpet to be removed and get refund. The manufacture send an email to the installer (we purchased from an local installer) and tear off the carpet and reimburse the installer the carpet and reasonable labor cost. But the installer told us he can tear off the carpet but refuse to give us the refund until manufacture send refund to him and not full refund (we paid him in full when he complete the install). We have to take legal action on this. What a mess!

"Worst Carpet We've Ever Owned"
We purchased Beaulieu carpet when we moved into our home in May of 2013. There are just the two of us, in our 60's, and ever since we've had this carpet I've gotten a whole container full of "fuzz" and brown/gray dust when I vacuum, even after a year. There are definite wear issues even in places we rarely use and terrible wear issues where we actually live our lives. I've contacted the store who is sending a rep out to look at it, but from reading the previous reviews and other reviews online, my guess is we're just stuck. We were told Beaulieu is one of the premium manufacturers, but we've had both Shaw and Mohawk in previous homes without this problem. I guess my final advice is do not buy Beaulieu carpet, ever. Get a good grade of Shaw or Mohawk... anything but Beaulieu!

"Awful carpet"
Worst carpet ever! Even before my 1-year warranty was up there was so much wear. They wouldn't do anything! I sent pics and called and the whole nine yards! Wasted thousands of dollars.
