"Garbage!"
My carpeting matted and discolored within a few years. Terrible quality and they do not back their product. Stay away from any product they make. Installer was shocked when they came and took pictures. The rug looked worse than what they removed. Installer did a great installation and has tried to help with my issue.

"Terrible wear"
Bought this expensive carpet with the "best" warranty. Is flattened and frizzing after less than a year of wear. Looks terrible. This is with frequent vacuuming and professional carpet cleaning as required by the warranty. The company denies any responsibility. Will never purchase products by this company again or through Home Depot as they are the ones carrying this product and offer nothing to make us whole.

"Worst carpet ever! Buyer beware"
Carpet looks awful and we have only had it for 1.5 years. Beaulieu states there is nothing wrong with the carpet. Their 25 year warranty Which was touted when I bought the carpet has loopholes. Beaulieu said I needed a new vacuum - which I bought. It didnít help. The carpet has continued to look worse and worse every day. This is marketed as a high end carpet but has worn worse that the cheapest carpet remnant I have ever bought.

"Terrible wearing"
I have contacted my carpet company and have not gotten a reply. I hope that he can stand behind a product he sold me. Still waiting to hear from them. The carpet has a 25 yr. warranty and it is just about 2 yrs. old. It seems like the fibers smashed down and no amount of vacuuming help to raise it. So sorry for this purchase. Close to 5K to purchase.

Review:
"Terrible manufacturer"
We purchased new carpeting for our entire home with Beaulieu carpet. 2000 sq ft +. 2/2015. It was recommended by the carpet store. We have no children and a small non shedding dog. The carpet matted where we sit on the couch. Contacted store and they agreed that carpet 2 years old and cleaned regularly should not wear that badly. Beaulieu sent a "carpet appraiser" who did analyze and take pics. Our claim was denied for warranty. Said daily vacuuming would have prevented the problem with "hand grooming." Give me a break. This person was a paid "whore" by carpet manufacturer. Will give out his tele and name if requested. He lives in MN. Sad in Sioux Falls, SD. Heard Beaulieu filed bankruptcy and I am out. Research and trust no one when buying carpet.

"Poor Quality- Stay Away!"
We had Beaulieu carpeting installed in 3 rooms of a new house, and paid to have it upgraded to Berber. We have lived here 3 1/2 years and the carpet is showing wear marks in every room. We do not have children or pets and do not wear shoes in the house. I have had the carpets cleaned. When I filed a claim, I was able to show proof of professional cleaning for the previous year (2016) but not for 2015. Beaulieu said there was nothing they could do and turned down my claim.

"Early wear with Beaulieu carpet"
Went to a flooring store and requested a high durable carpet. We had good experience with Berber in the past so we decided to go that route again. Based on color we selected a Beaulieu carpet. Less than one year after installation the carpet had severe wear issues. A representative from the flooring company agreed it had early wearing and sent in a remnant to the mill for testing. The mill claimed it passed their wear test with a 3.5 (on a scale of 1-5) and obviously they denied the complaint. I wished I had seen this website before purchase, based on this and other complaints Beaulieu is clearly and inferior product and company. Stay away!

"Horrible"
My carpet was dry rotted in less than 6 years. No heavy traffic, one person living alone, no flood water, no extensive water soaking. Cleaned every 12 mos by Stanley Steemer. No help from the company.

"Worst company ever Customer service"
This is by a mile the worst flooring company in the USA. They have the worst customer service out there. They do not care about their customers or their employees. They should just close the doors and throw away the key. Their carpet fell apart in the first 6 months. It started out soft and now everything that falls on it sticks to carpet. The softness is gone. Stay away from Beaulieu products they will soon be out of business
